Meditation: Sit for a few minutes alone, with eyes closed and a goal to get comfortable. Relax and distance yourself from your day with slow relaxing breaths. Mentally escape from the normal duties at this time. Calm all thoughts and emotions until you notice the quietness around you. With slow, deep breaths, feel yourself begin float into a calmness. All the noise disappears and you can rest in peacefulness. Pay attention as you move the energy around, as you exist with the silence.
Astrologically speaking: I want you to get your own mental image of what you have been experiencing in your life, your work, or even your relationships for the last few months. Areas that you would have liked to have moved forward on, but a bump in the road always steered you from your goal. Perhaps there are situations that aren’t happy with, but you keep it to yourself. With this information, I can share that the cosmos have recently experienced some major shifts this week…. a New Moon in Capricorn (planting new seeds), a Solar Eclipse (power transformation, closing one door to open another ), a Jupiter/Uranus conjunction (BIG changes in growth and expansion) and a meteor shower. Venus will be moving into bachelor Sagittarius on Friday, and she will be tempting us with the idea of playing the field, striking out on our own, and not letting anything pin us down. Sortuv that desire to ‘take this job, life, bullcrap, and shove it’! But from the sounds of what is happening in the skies, does some of this make sense as to what you may be struggling with?
Visualization: Today’s card image can assist you in this meditative affirmation, to help you make a powerful shift in your life with a little mental observation. So whether you are ready to make some small changes in a relationship, a move in your work, or dealing with incompatible individuals – staying realistic and regular practice proves to be beneficial. The first thing I would like for you to do is to get a quick picture of yourself. Next, grab three miscellaneous, but weighty books (like a telephone book, journal, cookbook, etc). Last, have a sky blue candle, with a pack of matches available.
Sit down in a comfortable spot with your items, placing your picture flat out in front of you. Stack each of the four heavy books, one by one on top your photo. Keeping yourself calm and quiet, relate to the Fool in the card image. He has the ability do whatever he wants, he can come and go as he pleases, and he holds no heavy weight to limit him. Close your eyes, and become one with the Fool, Walk through the field. Feel the sun beat warmly on you. Take your time. The breeze cools your warm skin and it gently blows through your hair. Smell the pretty scents from the field. Listen to the quietness. You can only hear your feet walking through the high grass, and whistling birds who keep you company. You are free, you can go any direction you like. Imagine for a few, about what you would do with the power of such freedom. Digest this feeling. Allow your imagination to decorate your world. Enjoy and relax in this a few minutes if you like, because this is definitely a happy place, and you deserve to be happy.
When you are ready, slowly come back to the present, for this is where you must be if you want to manifest dreams into reality. As the Fool journeys, he carries very little with him ~ so that his load is lighter. He has made intelligent sacrifices to chase his dream. Light the candle now. Sky/electric blue are the colors of rebellious Uranus, for he enjoys shocking, to get a rise. Bring this light into your meditation. Something has settled in your life, and it is time to shake up your world and create some change.
What limits you from moving toward your goal? What heavy burden to you carry that blocks you from having happiness? Think about yourself in the photo. You can’t even see the ‘real you’ anymore. The only thing you have gotten out of your situation is a lot of unnecessary pressure and stress that weighs heavy on your tired shoulders. The Fool made a choice, to dump it all, except for a few important items that he carries along with him. If you don’t remove the heavy load, it will continue to slowly suffocate the life from you. That load has attached itself to you, which is why you can not recognize who you are anymore. Lift up the first book, put the energy of that personal burden into that book. Give it a name, for example, you can name it ‘Procrastination’ and say ‘procrastination, you aren’t going to be any of assistance to me on my journey, be gone’ and then flip the book off to the side. Do the same thing with the other two books. Look at your photo. The weight has been lifted. Feel it. You can walk through that big open pasture again, with plenty of space to breathe and do as you like. See how easy it was to free yourself? Sit quietly and ponder that thought. Allow your imagination to dance as you gaze into the candle that lights your path to freeing yourself. Feel the weightlessness of no difficulties o worries. You get to start with a new beginning. Acknowledge the strength and determination that lives inside of you to make life happen. You freed your picture, now free yourself.

My burdens are small stepping stone to find my true direction.
I trust myself and the Universe.
It is completely liberating to rely solely on myself.
Nothing/No one owns me, which is why I’m saving myself.
