If you’ve done any research on LivePerson, then no doubt, you’ve read something about LivePerson scams on the internet. Of course, this sends people off and running out of fear. But before you go running, let’s put things into perspective.
First of all, from reading the complaints, people expected things like making someone fall in love with them in exchange for a good review. Well, I don’t know about you, but I don’t give reviews to people who use it as a bribe for performing their job or using their “gift”. Plus I don’t believe anybody can make someone fall in love with me. In fact, I don’t think that’s the job of a psychic at all. Instead, I think of them as kind of untrained psychiatrists (sorry psychiatrists — although I don’t think any will be reading this). Their job is to understand your situation and desires and then to use their “tools” to help you understand how best to make your next move. Unfortunately, some people want them to change their futures — much like they expect their doctors to fix everything for them regarding their health.
I haven’t used LivePerson yet, but I have read many, many reviews of them and the supposed LivePerson scams. And all I can say is that like Amazon.com, some people hate it because they had a bad experience, but others absolutely LOVE it and go back frequently. You have to realize that with 30,000 experts working for them, there are definitely people who will try to game the system and in turn will make the company look bad, but for every bad one, there are many good ones.
If I did have one complaint about LivePerson it is that some of their psychics can be pricey. So after your free trial, make sure you get a quote for the price you will pay. Don’t worry, LivePerson is said to be very reputable at sticking the price they quote you. PLUS, they have an awesome refund policy. So if you’re not happy with your service, then request one. I haven’t ever heard of any problems with them not upholding their policy.
